Mod-U-Kraf Homes can build up to a 4 story building making systems-built construction an advantage over conventional commercial building.

Mod-U-Kraf has over 180,000 square feet of construction space. No matter what the weather is outside, our construction crews are at work every day. This basically eliminates any weather delays for the project. We need only a small window of good weather to deliver and set the product.

Mod-U-Kraf uses prefabricated materials, built in a climate-controlled environment and designed to work as a precise system. Mod-U-Kraf offers superior quality in our workmanship and everything we build meets strict quality control guidelines.

Mod-U-Kraf modules are up to 70% complete when they leave the factory. Because we build our modules 70% percent complete in our construction facility, we're able to control production and give you a fixed cost on this portion of the building. We purchase materials all at one time. This eliminates any fluctuation that you may have in cost of materials. The modules are then shipped directly to the site and are attached to a foundation and each other. The amount of exterior and interior completion will really depend on your building configuration. Windows, doors, trimwork, cabinets, lighting and plumbing fixtures are typically installed in our production facility. Finish work, including plumbing and electrical connections, are some of the items completed on site by local GC.

Our specially trained craftsman use computerized, state-of-the-art equipment to produce the building blocks, or modules, on an assembly line. Our homes and special projects meet and often exceed the same local building codes that site-built projects are required to meet and are constructed from the same materials.
