We offer the option to build Energy Star approved homes. This
means that we, in partnership with the builder on site, meet
stringent criteria and responsibilities to achieve the ENERGY STAR
rating. Homes that earn the ENERGY STAR are significantly more
energy efficient than standard homes. Mod-U-Kraf achieves this
high efficiency for you by providing a variety of features:
