Pre-Construction Phase
Land
If you do not own land, you should work with an experienced real estate agent or land developer to find the perfect lot for your new home construction. Contact us to find a Mod-U-Kraf Home builder in your area. Make an appointment to meet with him or her and have them evaluate your lot to offer home plan suggestions.
Budget
Determine your budget by getting pre-approved for a loan. Choose a construction lender that understands the special rates that go along with systems-built construction.
Throughout the site-construction process, your Mod-U-Kraf home is being built indoors, out of the elements, meeting stringent criteria and builder specifications that ensure your home exceeds standard building codes and is delivered on time and on budget.
Design Stage

The Mod-U-Kraf consultants offer assistance in making sure your dream home becomes a reality. Our expert staff is on hand to answer questions, alleviate stress and provide guidance throughout the design process. Don't worry - we're here every step of the way.
